Keeping that classic bungalow charm

Cheers to Pauline and Alan who celebrated getting the keys to their new home in the sun on their new deck. They’re excited to enjoy the modern living of their new home while keeping the classic bungalow charm of their existing home on the subdivided section. Congrats!

This build was a 238m2 two level bungalow style weatherboard home on a subdivided site.  It features four bedrooms, three plus bathrooms and a walk in butlers pantry and kitchen with classic wood detailing. Downstairs is open plan living with a raised ceiling in the lounge that opens onto hardwood decking and a second sitting area is upstairs. A central vacuum system has been installed throughout the house, along with a heat pump and fireplace.
