Maddren Homes have won big at this year's Registered Master Builders 2016 House of the Year Awards.
The Kumeu-based company walked away with four regional gold awards and one national award on November 26.
Having entered four houses in the competition, sales and marketing manager Paul Reid says it was a great surprise to win four golds.
