2015 House of the Year Awards - Three entries, Three Awards

In the Registered Master Builders 2015 House of the Year awards, Maddren Homes Limited was successful in the following catagories:

PlaceMakers New Home $400,000 - $500,000 – Silver
James Hardie New Home $500,000 - $650,000 – Silver
GIB Show Home Award - Silver

Since Tony and Terena Anderson purchased the historic Kumeu-based Maddren Homes in 2010, the company has gone from strength to strength. The homes designed and built by Maddren Homes since 2010 include 22 Registered Master Builder House of the Year award-winners, including the three Silvers at the 2015 awards last week.

Speaking after the award ceremony Tony said he and Terena had plenty of people to thank and to share in Maddren’s success. ‘‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our suppliers and sub-trades for their effort and attention to detail whilst building these award-winning homes.”
