In the Registered Master Builders 2014 House of the Year awards, Maddren Homes Limited was successful in the following catagories:

Nulook New Homes $600,000 - $1 million category: GOLD - Maddren Homes. Home location: Kumeu. Owned by Mr & Mrs Reed.

Also in the $600,000 - $1 million category: SILVER - Maddren Homes. Location: Muriwai Beach. Owned by Brian Fulton & Rosanne Porter Fulton.

James Hardie New Homes $450,000 - $600,000 category: SILVER - Maddren Homes. Location: Massey, Auckland. Owned by Constantin & Nadia Filip.

Since Tony and Terena Anderson purchased the historic Kumeu-based Maddren Homes in 2010, the company has gone from strength to strength. The homes designed and built by Maddren Homes since 2010 include 19 Registered Master Builder House of the Year award-winners, including the Gold and two Silvers at the 2014 awards last week.

Speaking after the award ceremony Tony said he and Terena had plenty of people to thank and to share in Maddren’s success. ‘‘We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our suppliers and sub-trades for their effort and attention to detail whilst building these award-winning homes.

While Maddren Homes builds a range of home styles in a wide area throughout Auckland and Rodney, Tony says he is pleased for local owners and grateful to them for their trust – the three House of the Year winners coming from Kumeu, Muriwai and Massey.
