3. Once they sign an unconditional building contract, we will notify you and receive $5000 cash. It’s that simple!

YOUR WATER BILL ON US
When your referral pays their pricing deposit, we’ll cover one month of your water bill, up to $300.
And the rewards don’t stop there. If they go on to sign an unconditional building contract with Maddren Homes, you’ll also receive our $5,000 referral reward.
It’s our way of saying thank you for recommending Maddren to someone you know.
Terms and conditions:
The referral must be submitted to Maddren Homes between 25 August and 1 December 2026.
The referred person must be a new enquiry who is not already registered in the Maddren Homes system or in contact with our team.
The water bill reward becomes available once the referred person has paid their pricing deposit to Maddren Homes.
The reward covers one water bill for the Maddren home in which the referring homeowner currently lives, up to a maximum of $300.
The homeowner must provide Maddren Homes with a copy of the water bill as proof. Maddren Homes will pay the approved amount directly to the homeowner.
Only one water bill reward is available per eligible referral.
The separate $5,000 referral reward applies once the referred person signs an unconditional building contract with Maddren Homes and remains subject to the standard referral programme terms and conditions.
The referral must be registered before the referred person makes direct contact with Maddren Homes.
The offer cannot be exchanged for another reward or transferred to another person or property.
Maddren Homes reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving either reward.
