Once there was a client who dreamed of choosing a bigger ranchslider to open their living room wide to the outdoors, but alas this was not in the budget and they dreaded the extra costs it would incur.

Along came their quantity surveyor to scrutinise their joinery plans and see if he could help. He made a bathroom window a bit smaller here and a laundry window a bit different there and a few other tweaks and hey presto, all those little changes that you won’t even notice helped offset the extra costs so they could have the bigger ranchslider after all.
