Earlier this year Maddren Homes completed a new and fine brick and tile home for me in 6 months from the ground up. The concept was, by design, relatively simple in line and angle, but Tony and his cohesive small team, enjoyed the opportunity to exercise the kind of precision in construction that a new house offers. Living close by permitted us to observe their skill and ability from every angle well. The team built our house with pride and enthusiasm in their work. The site was safe and potential hazards were indentified and each step of the building process was explained in detail. 

Tony demonstrated exemplary organisational skills, which resulted in accurate time management. There were minimal delays and the project progressed smoothly. Tony was always available to field our numerous impromptu calls and site visits, and he and the team were consistently professional, polite, respectful and helpful. The team left the site tidy and clean each and every day. A special mention has to be made about Keegan, the builder, who went out of his way to be of assistance in any way possible.

Maddren Homes subcontract to very reliable sub trades who are well supervised by Maddren Homes and would not allow poor standards on the job. They have been prompt in assisting us beyond completion with the learning curve of owning and managing our own new home.
