We do a waterproof, breathable building wrap. Not only does it give you early enclosure so you can start your internal linings before you clad, which speeds up the build, it’s a waterproof paper that is very permeable, so it lets the house breathe throughout its life. You don’t have trouble getting moisture or mould in your walls, because the whole house can breathe. Water goes out of your house, but nothing can come back in. That makes it a very healthy home.
