We chose Maddren because we knew their history of being a reliable company producing a good product.

Also they are located within easy reach of our building site.

Our first meeting was very positive, with Stuart Burn confident that the company could design and build for us within our budget constraints. We had already used their architect Alister Watts in the past so there was an existing relationship.

The first concept plans built on the design elements we wanted incorporated. During our plan refinement meetings the positive, friendly relationship with Stuart and Alister meant our input and ideas could be easily listened to, discussed and included to produce the final consent plans.

Pricing and quotation was thoroughly researched and documented. It was very well presented and modified as the design process progressed, with a clear, acceptable final contract.

Overall our relationship with the whole Maddren team was warm, friendly and with excellent accessibility and communication, giving us the confidence that our project would be well managed.
