Our build is on rural sloping land in Mangawhai.
After a rocky start with another builder, we are so thankful that we found Maddren Homes. The whole team are excellent. Our salesperson, worked diligently with us and their architect, Alistair to help us achieve a design that met our needs and within our budget. He was always available and responded promptly to any questions.
Once we signed the contract we had a meeting with Keegan, where he comprehensively explained the process, work began soon afterwards, and I have to say that it was the tidiest building site I have known, even friends who had built with another company, commented how tidy and smooth the build was. there were no major hiccups and any issues were dealt with calmly, quickly and smoothly.
James, our project manager has to be commended for speaking our language, keeping us informed and calmly dealing with all of our stupid questions.
Mention also to Stephen our QS, who also provide excellent information and service.
Communication from Maddren was top notch, we received a weekly written update and monthly statements, detailing the costs of the project.
I always said I would never build a house as the thought of it was so daunting, but now, I would be happy to do it again, but only with Maddren. We are delighted with the result and would very highly recommend Maddren Homes. Great work team !
