SO EASY TO DEAL WITH

We had a very pleasant building journey with Maddren. They were so easy to deal with from sales to construction.

The great thing about the Maddren Design and Build process is that we, as clients, were closely involved in making every decision. We also had the opportunity to meet with various trades to discuss the build at different stages. For example, when the frame was up we were invited on a walk through the house with the window manufacturer, Vantage, where they discussed with us every window layout, size, ways of opening and air flow, and gave suggestions to make sure everything would work for our space. We also meet the concrete people on the day of laying the concrete, to confirm we were happy with the proposed plan. They gave us some good suggestions and we ended up making a few changes, so we are grateful we had that discussion.

We have friends building with another company and they don’t have the privilege of getting involved with the decision making.  Lucky we chose Maddren.
