This is the ideas and planning stage. This is where we need to hear what is important to you – your wants and your needs. We’ll get you to thrash out the details at home with your family and then bring us your wish list. No idea is a bad idea – well, some are but we can use our experience and knowledge to guide you away from those.
Consent to Construction
THE NEXT 16 WEEKS*
You’ve done the scary bit – now let’s have some fun. It’s time to start choosing colours, deciding on a kitchen, choosing a benchtop and getting samples that you’ll probably end up carrying in your handbag or glovebox for the next few months.
We won’t leave you to wander aisles aimlessly – we’ll connect you with people and companies we know and trust, companies we’ve worked with for years. They’ll make the mind-boggling array of design and fitting choices fun and, dare we say it, easy.
Construction to Completion
THE LAST 28 WEEKS*
This is where all the hard work starts to come to life. Earthworks happen, the frames go up and the roof goes on – roof shout, anyone?! The house is made weather-tight and lockable and then the trades swarm in to work on your home’s interiors.
