Over a year on, we are still really happy with the home and very happy. We still talk about building another house all the time so maybe we will catch up again soon, but this house we think is hard to beat.

We were looking for a building company to build our new house in Milldale. We dealt with four companies in the process and we chose Maddren Homes in the end even the build would be a bit more expensive than the other companies. We were impressed with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the build of their show homes.

Stuart helped us to choose the right house plan for our needs and he was very patient with us with all our changes and upgrades to the plan.

The process was stress free from the signing of the contract, to the colour consultation and to the actual build.  The communication was very good and they were very accommodating with all our changes to the initial plan.

We were lucky to work with Taylor for the build part of the process. He answered all our questions quickly and he guided us throughout the build process with all the choices we had to make when we met with the trades people.

We were very happy that we had our house build within our budget and we didn’t have to pay extra at the end of the build as we heard many stories before we started this process.

At the end of the build, we moved into the house and we had a glass of our traditional drink with Taylor to celebrate the move.

As I write this we already lived in the new house for few months and the quality of the build and of the finishes still impress us and our guests.

If we were ever to build again, we would not hesitate to contact the Maddren Homes team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

What impressed me the most about Maddren are the people! Our design and build consultant was da bomb! As a first-timer in the building game, we had no clue about the process and all. We just wanted to email with regards to the service received over the last 2 days from Fluid Interiors, Flooring Vision and Maddren Homes; we have been blown away by the workmanship, professionalism and care received.  What started out 2 days before handover, last month, as an unfortunate disaster has turned into a big positive.  We appreciate things can go wrong and nothing is perfect; the way the guys have worked over the last 2 days has by far exceeded our expectations and we just wanted to thank you all as we do appreciate it is a busy time of the year and everyone is running around to complete work before they head off on the Christmas Break.  It was comments we overhead today that made us feel very special and the fact that not one Tradesman in our home pointed the finger of responsibility for what happened, this shows true professionalism.

After viewing a Maddren Show Home we decided to build our new home with them.

From signing the contract to building our home we were extremely impressed with how friendly and professional the staff at Maddren were. We were kept well informed throughout the build and were very surprised that the time line for the completion of our home was kept, despite some very bad weather. In fact we were five days early! We were also very lucky to have a great Site Manager and two fantastic builders. All the suggested contractors were very good to deal with and were more than happy to give us guidance in making important decisions.

We are very happy with our new home, the finish is to a very high standard inside and outside. We have received numerous compliments on the workmanship and how well it fits into the environment.

Our experience was a good one from the start.  As soon as we walked into the Maddren Show home, on Ridgedale Road in Millwater, we were taken care of.  Our design and build consultant spent many hours with us talking through what we wanted in our home and adjusting the layout and drawings accordingly.   We were well informed at every stage of the building process and any queries or concerns we had were always addressed.  Our build progressed on schedule and was completed on time with no major problems or hold-ups along the way. 

Maddren is a family business and has a warm, friendly atmosphere while providing a very professional and reliable service.
